My order got here faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The packaging could’ve been a little neater, but at least everything made it here

The prices were fair, and I felt like I got solid value overall. Definitely worth it in my experience.

Had a really solid experience using cymbalfusion.com tbh. The site was easy to move around, and I found the cymbals I was looking for without having to click through a ton of random pages.
The filters were actually helpful, and the product pages loaded fast on my phone too. Checkout was straightforward, no confusing steps or annoying stuff, which I def appreciate when shopping online.

I hopped on cymbalfusion.com feeling optimistic, thinking I’d have a bunch of cymbals to browse through, but it was a bit disappointing. The selection felt way smaller than I expected, and a lot of the stuff I had in mind either wasn’t there or only had one or two options. With a name like that, I was expecting a lot more variety. I ended up getting frustrated and just bought from another site instead...

I ordered a used cymbal from CymbalFusion.com, and I was mostly trying to read between the lines of the listing photos to make sure there wasn’t anything hiding that I’d regret later.

It showed up packed really well, and the cymbal looked just like what was pictured. No cracks, no keyholing, no odd damage or anything that felt conveniently left out. Just the normal stick marks that were already shown in the listing.

The shipping box had a little wear on it, but the cymbal itself was completely fine. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would definitely order again if the right cymbal came up.

I ordered a cymbal from cymbalfusion.com and it arrived in good shape. The box had a small dent on one corner, so I was a little worried at first, but the cymbal itself was totally fine. No cracks, no scratches, nothing like that. They used plenty of padding, and it didn’t seem like it had been sliding around in the box. The outside packaging wasn’t perfect, but it did its job.

Getting help was easy overall, and the support team was able to sort things out for me. The only downside was that the reply took a little longer than I expected, but everything went smoothly once they got back to me

I thought the communication was really good the whole time. I mean, maybe I’m just used to not getting many updates, but I appreciated being kept in the loop and knowing what was going on

The exchange took a little longer than I expected, but they did get it fixed in the end. I’m glad it worked out, though if returns are this slow again I’d probably think twice about shopping here
